Happy New Year and Merry Christmas.

I am pretty late with both of these salutations so I am sorry. The reason for this post is in response to several of the posts on my sisters' blog. They are putting how much weight they are "supposed" to lose to be their ideal weight. I wonder if these "ideal" charts ever factor in bone structure. Anyway, I am no doctor, but I figure as long as you are eating healthy, exercising regularly or active in some way, and not cheating on the weekends you can be healthy without being an ideal weight. I don't like it when people put emphasis on weight because there are unhealthy ways of losing weight that could make you lose too much and put you on an even more unhealthy track. If I remember this correctly from my health class people should eat smaller portions and maybe smaller more frequent meals throughout the day. But maybe that will cause furry feet like a hobbit has. I recommend doing research on how to get healthy, not how to lose 40 pounds. Oh yeah, Mindy, I think it is very uncouth to post Emily's weight online.

I know that if you are reding this blog I am posting to people and about topics that are posted on another blog but I figured few people read this blog so I would post what I had to say here.
